Temporary Buildings

There are many reasons for purchasing or hiring a temporary building. They can be an affordable and practical addition to your site. The one issue with these buildings is that they rarely come with any form of climate control, leaving the inside temperature at the mercy of weather conditions

An excellent solution to this problem is a hot and cold split system. During the winter months the system will maintain a warm temperature inside the room with cooling being the choice on hot summer days. With 3.2kw of cooling output and 3.6kw of heating output being produced from 1kw of input power, you can expect to run a unit from as little as 6p an hour

With the structure of the building being made of timber, the external compressor cannot be mounted on brackets on the exterior of the building due to the weight. In these circumstances, the compressor will be placed either on the concrete base of the building, or onto a holding slab for stability.
